Completely off topic now. The topic is May's Return.
on a side note, it is up to anyone to have their own opinion on whether Pokémon is about romance or not.

May will NEVER return. Her voice actress actually quit at the end of her DP cameo. She is no longer in active in voice acting, so Dawn is far more likely to come back than May or Misty ever will be.

Surely they could just get another voice actor if need be. I agree it's unlikely she returns, but logistical issues probably wouldn't get in the way if they do decide for her to return. No objections with Dawn being the most likely though.

The dub tends to replace VA's more. May shared several VA's during the run of the AG-series. I don't exactly know regarding the Japanese VA's, since I haven't watched everything in Japanese. I think they tend to stay with the same VA's, instead of replacing. So I think they won't replace her VA, so the chances are therefore lower for May. Dawn has in the aspect of VA a likely possibility to return.

Ah so we have no fear of Advanceshipping anymore, right? the the appropriate voice actor is difficult and I don't the X and Y directors would want to focus on May that much :/ Such a fine waste of a good starter like Blaziken  |

I don't know if they even considered May with her Blaziken, since there is already another Mega-Blaziken in the series, Limone's Blaziken.

Aw, Don't put it like that May and her Blaziken are a pretty amazing team :3 I hope that May returns with Drew. Both of them have Pokémon that can mega-evolve  |

If Haruka's VA quit then I can believe she isnt coming back. Unlike America Japan is really loyal to the charatcers and if a VA dies or quits that character is gone normally.

I liked May! She has some possibilities for her to return and I don't think the writers have forgotten about her and I agree with blackscorpian, she should return with Drew, but not when Serena's around. I think there could be consequences. Maybe return when Dawn's around?

I don't hate Haruka, the contrary, I like her. But, I'm looking at the possibilities. In Japan they just don't tend to replace VAs, but you'll never know. There's a time for everything, only I doubt it when we're talking about VAs.
