I think the likely thing that will happen is she will maybe get some sort of appearance in the new movie. Don't know but I just see it happening with the Hoenn legends appearing in it from what I've heard.

Well, they are making Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, so it's very likely that May will make some sort of cameo.
