If Dawn comes to Kalos, Ash and Dawn should have their signature high five and the Laverre City music should be played in the background just to troll the Amourshippers.

I don’t know if anyone has thought this yet before, as I haven’t quite delved that deep into the thread archives yet. I would assume though that it came across someone’s mind. This is probably just more poetic than actually having verity to it and most likely coming out of self-indulgence, but I hope it’s worth posting anyway!
I’ll also preface this by saying that if someone has already brought this to light, I don’t mean to steal your thunder. The last thing I want to do is plagiarize and take credit for someone else’s work.
So something that I have found to be sort of uplifting is the essence of Dawn’s name. Some may say, “Who cares? It’s just a name. Nothing more than that.” I say, no… there’s SO MUCH MORE than that… Yes, her Japanese name means “light”. Yes, she provided radiance and energy to Ash’s life (which, by that principle alone, is already saying a lot). But let’s take that a step further and decipher this metaphor in perhaps more ways than one… Considering Dawn’s current absence, but while looking at things big picture-wise, there is something just purely beautiful and ‘potentially’ meaningful behind the significance of her name.
Now this might only apply to her dub name, since there’s more of a direct correlation, but I’d hope that that doesn’t make this theory any less relevant.
So we know the word dawn means sunrise. Simple enough. But daylight comes and daylight goes. But. No. Matter. What. The sun ALWAYS comes back out again the next day. It’s inevitable… There will always be a dawn to greet you morning. No matter what happens or what you go through, there will be another dawn, another day. So… maybe right now one could consider the present state of things just to be the phase of waiting for the sun to come back again?... Consider this quote I found by an unknown author: “We can only appreciate the miracle of a sunrise if we have waited in the darkness.”
You’d have to go beyond and look beneath the surface of her name to understand that maybe a return is more possible that we thought, after all? Judging by this basis, it can be considered inevitable, even. Or as I’d like to think of it… fated.
I think this symbolism, in and of itself, already proves Dawn’s return to be more viable. Considering the conjunction of Dawn’s journey, relationship with Ash, and symbolism of her name, if the writers ever decide to implement this principle in the climaxing stages of the show, well then that would just be blissful.

That's a very good comparison, the 'light' always comes back in the morning. By this logic, Dawn will definitely be back for more!

Never really thought of that! I wonder if that's why they called her Dawn so her name signifies her return!
Want her with Ash more than ever now!!!
