So Lyra tried to get Ash and Dawn to see eachother differently, but neither of them noticed as Lyra said "That's not what I meant by #1, that went right over Ashes head didn't it?" In which Brock retorted by saying "I think it went over Dawns head too". This shows (moreso than before) that Brock is seeing them as more of a couple than friends, do you think if all the pearlshippers wake up and the pearlshippers in japan push harder, they could have Brock come back at some point trying to fix them up together? I understand the chances of this happening are low as Dawn and Ash are dense (but not as much as we might think *wink* *wink*) and the show is for kids, but as stated before if enough people pushed the creators to do so, would they or would they more likely just brush it off and just send ash off with another new girl? Sorry for the long paragraph  |

Well, I think the chances are low, especially in Ash's case. Ash would need to have MAJOR development to even recognize a hint towards him and a girl. Dawn isn't that dense as Ash, she understands love, as she recognized when Buneary had a crush on Pikachu when she was trying to catch it. And in that particular scene with Ash, Lyra, Dawn and Brock, yeah Brock did hint that he saw them as a couple, but Lyra was the main shipper. Lyra considers them "like two peas in a pod."
I'm not sure if Brock would try to set them up together, but it would be cool. But in an episode, I remember when Kenny asked Dawn to go on a journey with him and Brock was advising Kenny on love which indicated that he recognized Kenny's feelings for Dawn. Well then again, he could have advised Dawn too, but he didn't.
So I think Lyra would have been the better person to set them up together, with a low chance from Brock, but I could be wrong.

Well as I figured out ash and dawn were supposed to kiss and it was taken out (dangit) it really was true as in the original write after defeating Paul in the sinnoh league, dawn would run to find him and as the sun was setting and Paul was gone dawn and ash had a little moment where dawn turned red and ash asked why then she said " you'll find out" or something like that then she kissed ash, causing ash to turn red. And dawns note in the dub and Japanese version is different. Replace handsome with cool for the note dawn have Kenny.  |

Well I was told about the kiss from someone on Instagram, but there was a news article about it but it was all in Japanese which is why it may be a little off because translations aren't always accurate. I had to search really hard for it (honestly with how hard it was, it wasn't worth it) maybe if there is a sight about the Dp series facts :/
