Paint.net has more features than fotor, but I suggest using some other photo editing sites to add even more effects like Fotor (Not the banner just fotor photo editing) and Pixlr. I did use one or two effects from Pixlr express in that banner.

www.fotor.com/pixlr.com/express/ Make the banner with the background and main images on Paint.net and use to those two editing sites to spice it up. It will be a great alternative to photoshop.

 I used like 10 different effects while making this. Instead of a normal lovey dovey banner, I decided to make an angst banner for a change. Quote: All I ever wanted was to hold you close. How did we grow so far apart? |

Seems like my style is rubbing off on someone XD I kid, I kid. Very nice change from what you usually do, Sakura. The effects on Ash really do create that almost separation of being. Nice and dark. Just the way I like it.  |

Originally I was just messing around with some images because I was bored, but I ended up creating a banner out of it. As for the effects, I kept experimenting them and each new one I used made the banner look even better. I eventually had to stop because I had to go out, but who knows how much more I would have added if I had more time. O.o I decided to start adding a signature in my banners now, I think it looks cool and like you've said official! XD |
