I've been watching the Pokémon Anime latest episodes and news and had heard news that I would be curious about what others think. One of the main Pokémon writers said that past companions of Ash will be coming back one after another, and that includes May and Dawn. I'm bringing this up however, because they have both returned before. May in Sinnoh for a bit and Dawn in Unova. So how large are the chances of either girl coming back and if so, how will it affect either Pearlshipping or Advanceshipping as a whole? Just curious of others thoughts\views on the subject.

Really depends on who will write certain episodes. If they're the right ones for the job, we'll see the quality. Otherwise, it's a mess. I tend to wait until the current series is reaching its end to begin watching.
The only one I've watched for the Journeys series is Korrina's appearance. Feels a bit short, but there you go.

So the way it was tweeted makes a statement that ANYONE in Pokémon history can come back, not just companions. They could bring back rivals, old gym leaders, people who were just in a single, fuller episode (tho I doubt that one). I think itâll be interesting to see who they bring back, but as Mew said, itâs all based on who is writing the episode of that persons comeback. Iâd love to have the DP writers bring back Dawn, Barry and Paul
