I noticed this while watching the stream, while Ash and Dawn are battling after the junior cup, Iris states "Wow this is intense" and Cilan retorts with "It's because they know eachother so well". Cilan rarely knows Dawn, and the connection in best wishes between Ash and Dawn isn't the best in my opinion, but this shows that it was enough for Cilan to realize that Ash and Dawn have a really unique connection that is far above his connection with anyone else because no one else has said anything about an intense battle between Ash and someone else besides Dawn who said that Ash's battle with Paul in the sinnoh league was intense, but Ash and Dawn are obviously male and female and I don't think the creators would make ashxpaul lol. Anyways what are you thoughts on Cilan saying this, does this support pearlshipping or no?

It's really nice how even Cilan acknowledges their close bond. what are you thoughts on Cilan saying this, does this support pearlshipping or no? It definitely supports Pearlshipping! I didn't notice it for a while, but when I finally focused on the episode enough, I realized Cilan said they know each other so well and I was like hmm well that sounds like something we pearlshippers say a lot..... Oh *beep* High Touch lol One of if not the most important part of pearlshipping
