I think it's going to be more Mega pseudo-legendaries than Mega dragons, although most pseudos are Dragon-type. We do have Mega-Ttar, Mega Garchomp, and now Mega Metagross, so the other pseudos should be getting Megas to fit that pattern.
Maybe Sharpedo and Camerupt will get Megas as well, given they were the signature Pokémon for the respective leaders of each team, and it would make sense.
