I think if anyone did end up with Ash it'd probably end in pallet town. Animes tend to like doing that shiz like "starts in pallet town ends in pallet town full circle etc etc"

I can't confirm that one, but I know I saw the former.

Nah, but I remember a few of the writers+animators for the episode where Alain beat Ash tweeting about their disappointment. It's a rumor, but I was told one of the screenwriters said that it was an executive decision. I can't confirm that one, but I know I saw the former. I wouldn't be surprised if those tweets were real. If I was part of the staff, I'd be disappointed as well. |
