What if the writers are actually doing the same Pokeshipping denial they did in DP right back at us with Amourshipping? It's a long way off, but what if it was true?
This is mainly from the episode "Fish the Golden Magikarp!", or XY22. The Piplup reference is equivalent to Misty's lure. In DP, Pokeshippers thought they were still alive because of that hint. But as we all seem to know, Ash and Dawn sank their ship as the series progressed.
Now take a look at XY and parallel the two fishing scenes. They could be teasing Pearlshippers in the very same way. What if Poke's outcome foreshadows Pearl's?
I am hoping and am confident that this is not the end for Pearl, and there is much reason to believe this. Ash and Serena haven't seen Luvdisc yet and I hope they don't see any while in Cyllage. A lot of fish Pokémon including Alolomola (prob spelled wrong) were shown, but Luvdisc was remarkably left out. Plus, Misty had no chance to return after AG; Dawn's chances to return are actually increased by the Piplup.
At the end of XY22, Ash and Serena threw their hands in the air in a high five style manner. If this goes with my foreshadowing theory (that I don't accept even though I wrote it), then their mutual actions are proof that Amourshipping will take over as they used Ash and Dawn's trademark. But if the moment is tailored to Pearlshipping, then the case for Pearl is stronger than ever before. This is supported because what they did wasn't an actual high five, just like Ash and Serena aren't an actual thing. Keep an open mind, but always stay loyal to what matters.

You're forgetting something, Nova. High Touch. Pokeshipping did not have High Toucb.

Even if there were, like the guy said, it wasn't just Ash and Serena.

Wow I almost forgot. XY can't have a High Touch because it belongs to Ash and Dawn alone, and would never have the same magic. You seem to always refer back to High Touch when faced with opposition. It's a good thing the song belongs to Pearlshipping!

the were luvdisc....in a sepreate tank far away from Ash and Serena. luvdisc has to cross them the pokedex entry says its flashed across Ash and Dawn and Ash and May swam with them in Movie 9 which was move advance fanservice than anything that could stick. So let them rebel in the little fools gold they got. all fools gold burns and smells rotten in the end.

There's no problem with referring back to High Touch, is there, Nova, pray? It's solid Pearlshipping evidence.

High Touch is a powerful tool but you can also use the last DP ending and Kimi no soba de. All shows how close Ash and Dawn were. But there is nothing wrong with using Hi touch to blow a weak Amour arguement especially until they get at least 1 leg to stand on.

There is nothing to worry about. Not even a bit. Serena and Ash didn't even saw those Luvdiscs.... I don't recall spotting Luvdiscs though, but fact is that they didn't spot it.

High touch is a WMD.No one should be afraid to use it. Flaunt it, Pearlshippers!
