Only '大丈夫大丈夫'/'daijoubu, daijoubu'/'No need to worry' I consider Hikari's/Dawn's catchphrase.
There are many times Ash/Satoshi used it since DP series, including XY&Z series (i. e. before getting a cold) and even SM. (i. e. after hurting himself in a springboard jump).
If her speech pattern has become his and quite frequent, the impact she made on him is marvellous. That alone makes their relationship of much higher level, than all other Ash + girl relationships.
I want you to recollect all the times when and why he used it. And has he ever used it before DP?
Could you recollect Dawn's other influence on Ash?

Someone’s been busy with the posts so let me try and go through them all for you haha. In terms of the use of Hikari’s catchphrase, you have to keep in mind it also means “alright” or “it’s fine”. It’s a kind of generalized and basic word in the Japanese language. You just kind of have to take it for what it is. I don’t think it was a direct link to Hikari. The only one that stood out was the Pochama in the XY episode. As for previous seasons used I have no clue since I didn’t watch subs before DP.

I think the OP is referring to the use in the way that Hikari used. She seems to be spamming that quote all the time, mostly when she is clearly in trouble and most often say it twice like 'Daijoubu, Daijoubu' instead of just inserting into the sentence.

I don’t think it was a direct link to Hikari. facetiouscoconut is right - I noticed that its context was often similar to the one of Hikari's catchphrase (not feeling/doing well at all) in at least 7 moments (at least 1 in DP). The first one was when he fell down the stairs in DP 191 which made her Pochama laugh. I seek for such moments, though I understand he can use it without this context.
