Found this in the 2013 Serebii archives from user karczx :
'Daijōbu!' is Dawn's exact catchphrase, and it's used three times in a row the song!

NovaStorm Also- references to wind- I think wind is mentioned in conjunction with the person in question in Where the Lost Ones Go and ONE as well.

In Your Heart LaLaLa, Dawn too hears a voice when she is crushed:
To my heart, La La La, it has arrived, La La La That voice I hear when I'm crushed The same moments, La La La, are walking along, La La La We'll always, always be special friends
That voice is always pushing her forward and stopping her from dropping back into the pit of depression. This reinforces the idea that they are always looking out for each other, and praying for nothing but the best. Also the "whole wind carry my voice..." stanza really wasn't needed in the song; so the fact that it was put in only goes to show how important that message is, as it gives us insights to Ash's feelings.

My opinion on this song:
If I listen closely, I hear a nostalgic voice A voice from the future It's always praying for me "You'll be all right! Somehow it'll be all right! Everyone will be all right!"
Satoshi hears Hikari in his heart. And he knows that she loves him. It is a fact. But that's not all here. The words 'voice from the future' tell us that Satoshi has already chosen Hikari.
Wind, carry my voice Carry my feelings To that person in a distant town "I'll be all right! I'll be totally all right! I'm not alone, I have my friends, so I'll be all right!"
And these lines just confirm that Satoshi in fact loves Hikari back.

michael147Well, if he has “chosen Hikari,” I think he’s done it subconsciously. Like, he’s too dense to realize it.😂 I believe when he says “a voice from the future” it’s because he knows he’ll see her again and he looks forward to it. This is even more adorable from a platonic, friendship perspective, imo. But yeah, I definitely saw this as a Pearl hint as well. From a meta perspective, I kinda think the writers were hinting at Hikari's BW return. Satoshi also seems quite anxious in some parts of this song. If you look at it with shipping goggles on, and since he subtly references Hikari throughout, you could argue his anxiety stems from (subconscious?) concern over his relationship with Hikari and/or what might happen between them in the future (This interpretation connects nicely with Ice Cream Syndrome.😁); as well, he's anxious because he no longer has her (or Brock's) friendship to rely on. I mean, besides the obvious interpretation of the song: he's excited cuz he's starting a new journey. But it just seems like this is one of the only openings where Satoshi is pretty introspective and expresses worry. It's significant. And it's almost out-of-character, don't ya think?"Keep this between us; [<---talking to Pikachu, I assume] I have one or two or three worriesBut there are countless things I'm looking forward to!""But what I want to have end Is this flurrying anxiety!"And then his fears are kinda confirmed in BW when Dawn takes Iris’ side in teasing him. He did not like that; he was not happy with where they stood after that. And when she leaves, he watches her plane take off and isn’t smiling. Dawn didn't mean much by teasing, but it bothered Ash that she took sides against him. They weren’t as close, ‘best buddies’ as they were in DP because Dawn was cliquey with Iris. I know this has been discussed elsewhere on this site but...Ash has never not been happy when he’s parted ways with friends. Except his first time, but that was his first time and it was both Brock and Misty. He was specifically unhappy when Dawn left. I also like to interpret those two verses as a reference to Delia. It’s sweet to think he’s thinking about his mother, and that he wants her to know he’s ok. "Wind, carry my voiceCarry my feelingsTo that person in a distant town [his mom back in Pallet Town!] "I'll be all right!I'll be totally all right!I'm not alone, I have my friends, so I'll be all right!”

Like, heâs too dense to realize it.ð
Really? Is he? ð
Please take a look at my instagram. You may probably rethink about after giving it a shot. There were a lot of moments where Satoshi was considerate of everything around Hikari. But there was a subconscious part, I agree.
âa voice from the futureâ
Well, you may be right, but the future is too enormous if undefined. That made me think that Satoshi said about that future, e.g. the rest of his life.
From a meta perspective, I kinda think the writers were hinting at Hikari's BW return.
Yeah, it also looked like a hint of that.
I'd rather say that his anxiety is general worry about Hikari, how it's going for her. He is also worried about himself as he had a great support from her and Takeshi. I'd also add that in BW series Satoshi was more absent-minded, especially at his battle with Kamitsure who may have reminded him and us of Hikari.
his fears are kinda confirmed in BW when Dawn takes Irisâ side in teasing him. He did not like that; he was not happy with where they stood after that.
Well, I think he wasn't troubled by that too much. You can see his smiles back at Hikari after the Iwark episode. The main reason Satoshi wasn't happy was that his battle with her was postponed. That was really a bother. And that teasing wasn't insult as in Iris's case, it was more of a complaint, an attempt to perfect him for herself. You could see Hikari's complaints about how he was blind when it came to Pokémon or about not growing up for noticing that her hair became more beautiful after brushing.
I'll reply if anything left later, I'm in a night train now and the network is not everywhere.

About Hanako - I argue against it because the "Best Wishes" opening was heard first in BW 001 while he was still in Masara Town. It strikes out 'a distant town'. And Satoshi didn't need to cover his Mum by 'that person'.

michael147 “Really? Is he?”Yes. Ash is as dense as they come.🙄 And so is Dawn. Brock even pointed this out. That is the reality of the anime. But that’s ok. Just another reason they’re best for each other. I know part of shipping is imagining stuff and/or interpretation. But seriously, there’s a time when it crosses the line into ridiculous. I saw your instagram, I think you’re waaayy overanalyzing stuff. Not to mention, your ‘analysis’ is perverted. No, Satoshi is not groping Hikari, or looking up her skirt or any other crap. No, Satoshi and Hikari are not having sex off screen. Ash sitting up and supporting himself with his hand (which just happens to be near Dawn’s leg) is not a hint that she is “ready for him to grab her there.”🙄🙄 Please remember these are 10-12 year olds we’re talking about. They don’t have your 30-something, sexualized brain. And if you need proof, I’ll give you this: In the final episode of XYZ, when Ash arrives home, the flowers seen next to his house are baby's-breath. Tetsuo Yajima stated in a tweet that the presence of these flowers was meant to be symbolic to their meaning in the flower language: innocence, pure of heart. (from Bulbapedia) Ash is innocent and pure of heart. All of the CHILDREN protagonists, his friends, are (except maybe Brock). If you didn’t get that already from just watching the anime and from its overall tone.🙄 But I guess if you’re writing the kind of crap you have on your instagram, you wouldn’t be able to understand that. I’m done talking to you. And if the rest of the people who are left on this forum approve of this sort of junk ‘analysis,’ than I’m out.

Okay. If you think that I'm talking crap, how could you reason their closeness in DP 190. Mind - they came together in the morning to Takeshi and they came together in the evening to Takeshi. It is really rare for Satoshi to walk like that with a girl two times. How can you explain that? I hear you attentively.
How can you explain that Hikari without any embarassment or knocking (what I'm talking, I'm a "perverted" one) goes into his room. Even if it was her house, it required some special bond. Why would she be interested in literally peeking from the door while he was asleep? Why would she come close to his bed in the morning?
How can you explain that Satoshi was three times impressed by her looks (including the Salvia episode and the BW rogue Dragonite episode)? How can you explain that Satoshi and Hikari looked lovestruck at the BW reunion?
How can you explain all the touches between them, including at the scene of saving the Inomoo? How can you explain that Hikari touched Satoshi while he was lying on the bed in the "Darkrai" movie? How can you explain that they didn't feel any embarassment in the BW swimsuits scene, however Serena was embarassed while Satoshi's head was on... well, would you look by yourself or you would still consider me pervert. How can you explain all their closeness in the Domino Pizza ad and in the promotional materials? How can you explain the scene from the 'Zoroark' movie where Satoshi's hand was really as intimate as between Hikari's legs? I just write what I see and make conclusions judging on the official materials. And all their physical attachment, intimacy, their all-round unity, behaviour and great contributions to each other I saw in DP and BW enabled my "pervert" hunches to come out - as quantity becomes quality. I am waiting for all your explanations.
Furthermore, without even my "perverted" side Satoshi and Hikari have acted a lot like lovers, thinking and acting as one (for example, the incident with stolen pokeballs in Kissaki City, where there was enough to say "Hikari!" and she immediately understood what she has to do, or that 'daijoubu' reply to Takeshi in unison), showing far greater concern for each other beyond friendship (Satoshi thinking of Hikari and being bothered a lot in DP 120, Hikari running after him when he lost to Shinji or even the maze scenes in DP 046) and even risking their lives for each other in the "Darkrai" and in the "Giratina" movie. Such behaviour tells us only about the everlasting love. How are they really old? Even one of their high-fives has an allusion to the foot-popping kiss which is usually done by adults and on the lips. And how come Satoshi and Hikari interested in "the first-class night club"? (the episode where all Pokémon swim away on board of a ship)
